Return Policy

At Barre Mode, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached and original packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Accessories such as socks, water bottles, accessories or hair items are final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@barre-mode.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Carefully repackage the item(s) and send them back using a trackable method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or style (if available). Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.

5. Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Discounted or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimates and select accessories

These items will be clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
